The scope of this project is the ASO SharePoint, both for Protective and CIS Security points of view and needs. The contractor services will encompass the following:

Current ASO SharePoint Assessment and Analysis

• Review the current SharePoint structure, permissions, and usage.

• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

• Collect and review ASO requirements

SharePoint Redesign and automation

• Redesign SharePoint pages to improve standardization, usability and user experience, using current IKM (Information Knowledge Management) best practices.

• Optimize navigation, document libraries, metadata structure, and content organization.

• Identify workflows and processes that can be automated.

• Implement automated workflows and processes.

• Review and implement role-based access controls and permission structures.

Finalization and Knowledge Transfer

• Provide technical and functional documentation for the SharePoint handover

• Present final result to ASO steering committee.

Requirements Description: For this specific project it is required that the contractor has demonstrated and proven skills, knowledge and experience in:

• SharePoint environments.

• UX/UI improvements within SharePoint.

• Implementing secure SharePoint environments for securitysensitive or regulated industries.

• English writing skills and the ability to brief work in English to a diverse audience.
