LOGFAS Instructor for NATO with security clearance

Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organization?

The NATO Communications and Information Academy (NCI Academy) is seeking to outsource key training services for its Logistics Functional Area Services (LOGFAS) program. The successful contractor will provide expert personnel (SMEs) responsible for the comprehensive delivery of LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator training. This includes full-cycle management of course iterations, delivery of operational mentoring to NATO and national headquarters' staff, and maintenance of training materials. While the primary delivery location is the NCI Academy in Oeiras, Portugal, the role may involve delivering training at various NATO or national locations globally, including North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator courses at the NCI Academy (Oeiras, Portugal) and at NATO/national sites.

  • Manage all aspects of LOGFAS course iterations, acting as the primary point of contact for instructors and students.

  • Update, adapt, and develop training materials to align with new LOGFAS software releases and evolving learning objectives.

  • Provide expert LOGFAS operational mentoring on core modules (LCM, GeoMan, LDM), including preparation, delivery, and post-activity reporting.

  • Review and reorganize course structures and control documents to ensure alignment with updated performance and learning objectives.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fluency in English and ability to read and write technical and user documentation.

  • NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.

  • A minimum experience of 4 years in delivery of LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator Courses.

  • A minimum experience of 2 years in updating and creating training content.
