As a Senior Leadership & Performance Coach you'll help managers across the organisation raise their game: holding better performance conversations, giving honest feedback, and building the kind of accountability that makes teams thrive.

Working alongside a small performance-enablement team, you'll be a behavioural-change agent — sitting in on leadership meetings, spotting patterns across teams, and coaching managers one-to-one through the conversations most people avoid. It's senior, hands-on work with real influence on how the Alliance leads.

What you'll do

• Coach managers and executives to set clear expectations and give meaningful feedback
• Sit in on leadership and management meetings to strengthen accountability
• Spot capability gaps across teams and advise on how to close them
• Help managers prepare for difficult performance and development conversations
• Review performance cases and advise on handling them fairly and consistently
• Follow up with managers so the new behaviours stick

What you'll bring

• 8–15 years in leadership development, organisational development, HR business partnering or operational leadership
• The credibility to win the trust of senior managers quickly
• Excellent coaching and influencing skills, and the confidence to challenge constructively
• A track record of embedding lasting behavioural change
• Fluent professional English
• An active (or obtainable) NATO Secret clearance
