Are you an experienced IT Project Manager who enjoys delivering complex technology projects while working closely with business stakeholders?
Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager to lead end to end IT and business projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget and timeline. This is an opportunity to work on business critical initiatives in a collaborative, international environment where technology plays a key role in driving business success.
What you'll be doing
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation through to implementation, working with both business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading end to end IT and business projects
Defining project scope, objectives and success criteria
Developing project plans, timelines and budgets
Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests
Coordinating internal teams, external vendors and implementation partners
Monitoring project progress and reporting to senior stakeholders
Facilitating project governance meetings and steering committees
Managing project financials and resource planning
Supporting organisational change management and user adoption
Ensuring compliance with governance, security and regulatory requirements
Managing third party suppliers and delivery partners
Driving continuous improvement of project management practices
What we're looking for
You will ideally bring:
At least 3 years of experience managing IT and business projects
Experience delivering digital transformation, enterprise applications, systems integration, infrastructure or cloud projects
Experience within leasing, automotive finance or financial services
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2 or AgilePM
Experience managing project governance, risk management and change control
Understanding of enterprise applications, software delivery lifecycle and IT infrastructure
Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Fluent English and Polish
