Technical Transformation Specialist

Our client is building a new transformation team that will shape how the company operates for years to come. This is not a role where you maintain existing processes. This is a role where you redesign them.
You will join a newly established team reporting into a transformation function with direct influence on how business processes, reporting, automation, data management, AI adoption, and operational efficiency evolve across the organisation.
The company is looking for someone who enjoys challenging the status quo, identifying inefficiencies, and building smarter ways of working. If a process is performed repeatedly, we want to know whether it should be automated. If information exists in multiple places, we want to know whether it should be centralised. If reporting takes days, we want to know whether it can happen in real time.
You will have significant freedom to influence technology choices, introduce new solutions, and help create a long-term digital roadmap.
What You Will Do
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and eliminate inefficiencies
• Design and implement data-driven solutions that improve decision-making
• Evaluate and introduce AI-powered tools and automation opportunities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and translate them into practical solutions
• Support the creation of a centralised reporting and analytics environment
• Analyse business processes and redesign workflows for greater efficiency
• Lead and coordinate transformation projects from idea through implementation
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver change initiatives
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What We Are Looking For
• Experience leading or contributing to large-scale digital transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of process optimisation and business transformation
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
• Understanding of AI tools, automation technologies, and modern digital solutions
• Strong project management capabilities
• Experience working with Agile methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving organisational change and delivering measurable improvements
• Highly proactive personality with strong ownership mindset
• Ability to challenge existing approaches and propose better alternatives
• Fluent Hungarian and English
Nice to Have
• Experience in multinational organisations
• Exposure to enterprise reporting, workflow automation, or business intelligence initiatives
• Experience implementing AI-enabled business solutions
• Experience with process mining, RPA, low-code platforms, or workflow automation tools
