Storekeeper for NATO with security clearance

This position requires a detail-oriented and reliable Storekeeper to join the Supply team. The role is responsible for the full range of supply and inventory functions—from shipping, receiving, and quality checking to maintaining accurate records in enterprise business applications. The Storekeeper plays a key part in ensuring the accountability of both expendable and non-expendable assets, supporting periodic and HOTO (Handover/Takeover) inventories, and assisting with budget-related tasks as an alternate requestor.
Responsibilities:
Perform supply functions including shipping, receiving, quality checking and issuing;
Prepare and maintain equipment catalogues;
Maintain daily records in Enterprise Business Application (EBA);
Maintain and control the voucher filing system in Supply;
Prepare and process equipment transfer orders;
Prepare customs documents for inbound and outbound shipments of NCI Agency material.
Prepare and process materiel for report of survey/write off;
Be familiar with the maintenance of Supply files regarding procurements, quotations, requisitions, orders and payments.
Conduct and assist periodic and HOTO inventory for non-expendable assets;
Conduct and assist periodic and HOTO inventory of expendable and stock items;
When required, as an alternate: raise purchase requisitions in the financial system as an authorised requestor;
Provide inputs for annual budget call for consumable stock account;
Assist in the development of a recommended spending plan upon receipt of annual consumable budget.
Act as backup to the other (Chief) Clerks as required
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Middle vocational training or secondary education;
1-3 years experience in Supply, Logistics or Supply Chain Management (such as; Supply, Logistics, or Chain Management or relevant discipline);
Experience of working in a warehouse performing inventories, receiving incoming materials, and distribution of CIS equipment;
Knowledge of working with Supply Databases;
Experience of inventorying CIS Equipment for accountability and accuracy;
Valid driver's license and experience in vehicles up to 8 passengers;
Experience with electrical pallet trucks and fork lifts;
Excellent computer skills using MS Office Suite.
A thorough knowledge of one of the two NATO languages, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of the other is desirable.
Desirable Training/Certifications:
Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements;
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including SHAPE and ACT;
Experience handling a cash account
