Essential Requirements:

• Clearance: Active NATO Secret (or national equivalent) is highly desirable and often mandatory.

• Experience: Proven track record in defense, government, aerospace, or large-scale international environments.

• Language: Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written).

• Contracting: Open to working on a freelance / B2B basis.

• Citizenship: Must be a national of a NATO member country.

Typical Work Locations:

Roles are primarily based in Belgium (Brussels, Mons, Braine-l’Alleud) and the Netherlands (The Hague, Brunssum), with occasional opportunities in Portugal, Germany, or the US. Depending on the role, hybrid or remote options may apply.
