Licence Management & Connectivity Architect with security clearance

As a Licence Management & Connectivity Architect within the multinational 1(German/Netherlands) Corps, you will occupy a critical dual-role position at the intersection of enterprise architecture and IT governance. Reporting to the G6 Enterprise Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing connectivity solutions for static and deployed domains while ensuring strict compliance and optimization of the command's software licensing portfolio. This senior specialist role is essential for ensuring both the technical integrity and the financial-legal compliance of the CIS (Communications and Information Systems) infrastructure within a high-security NATO environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as IT architect with focus on connectivity ICCW G6 Enterprise Lead Architect, Münster Detachment (MSDet) for all static information domains of 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL), including and if required in the deployed related domains.
Administration and management of licencing agreements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations ICCW national and NATO stakeholders and agencies; maintaining records and documentation of licencing agreements and renewals.
Assist in supporting and sustaining current CIS infrastructure of 1GNC Peacetime Locations (PTL) ICCW staff branches, subordinate units, external national and international agencies and contractors.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in IT-architecture.
Proven workexperience in a multi-national environment.
Proven experience in licencing and compliance.
Knowledge about or experience with NATO Networking Infrastructure and Digital Communication.
Certificate in ITIL Foundation.
Certificate in licence management (incl. modules for government service).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in software asset management.
Advanced English skills
Nice to have:
Knowledge of strategic and tactical communications networls (esp. NLD, DEU and NATO) is preferred.
NATO Networking Infrastructure (ETOC Course ID: CCC-DC-32237) is preferred.
Digital Commuincation (JADL113) (ETOC Course ID: CCC-DC-22276) is preferred.
Working experience in military divisional or corps environment is preferred.
Experience with contract negotiation and management is preferred.
NATO C4ISR Technology Orientation (ETOC Course ID: CCC-SM-22206) is preferred.
MS SharePoint User Training (ETOC Course ID: CCC-ET-32336) is preferred.
Certification in network architecture is preferred.
Education in computer science or electronics is preferred.
Proficiency in the German language is preferred.
