Engineer (Printing) for NATO with security clearance

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Printing Service Engineer to ensure the seamless delivery and operation of our enterprise printing services. You will be the primary point of contact (POC) for all printing-related incidents and service requests, responsible for maintaining agreed service levels. Your role is crucial in coordinating technical support, managing print server infrastructure, and fostering effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver a reliable and efficient printing environment.
Responsibilities:
The Service Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the service within the agreed performance levels. (S)He is the POC and resolves the Incidents and Service Requests related to the printing service and coordinates technical activities with local and remote IT support units. (S)He maintains working relationship with external contractors in close coordination with the Service Delivery Manager.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in IT Service Delivery
Working knowledge of Enterprise Level printing software (i.e. Uniflow)
Previous Experience in supporting "Follow Me" printing solutions
Work Experience (5+) with the Management of multiple print servers at remote locations
Proven experience handling customer and vendor relationship
Working knowledge of ITIL and its processes
Proficient in the creation and maintenance of Service documentation (Standard Operation Procedures and Instructions)
[Desirable] Previous experience in multinational environments.
