Event Engineer for NATO with security clearance

As an Event Engineer (IWC), you won't just support IT systems - you will be the architect of the digital backbone for multinational exercises, high-stakes trainings, and pivotal conferences.
Responsibilities:
Planning and project development of scheduled exercises, trainings, conferences and other events from the CIS perspective.
Development of planning documentation related to CIS support for all events and exercises;
Capture requirements for projects, events and exercises, translates into functional and technical requirements. Coordinate implementation of technical requirements with CSU/NCI Agency technical teams.
Coordinate and manage new Customer requirements/requests received via CRF (Customer Request Form).
Represent CSU at planning conferences, workshops and meetings with NCI Agency and Customer regarding planned exercises, projects and programme of work.
Participate in variety of technical meetings, acts as Subject Matter Expert and advises during Change Advisory Meetings.
Develop project plans and coordinates with project stakeholders and reports on project execution status and issues.
Identify scope of work connected with CIS support to different events.
Supervise execution of exercises and acts as OPR (Officer Primarily Responsible).
Advise on technical possibilities within the NCI Agency service portfolio, ensuring that the requirements are understood, captured and coordinated with the Service Lines to support the expected customer outcomes;
Manage the exercise applications portfolio, licensing, lifecycle, upgrades/updates, capture requirements and coordinate with Customers;
Stay abreast of technological developments, Service and Project Management methodologies/tools used by NCI Agency
Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions related to CIS infrastructure within Service Management Branch AOR.
Assess exercise requirement, develops appropriate technical solutions in coordination with Agency's Service Lines and customer HQ;
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in Service Delivery in a customer support focused approach;
Planning of IT networks and infrastructure to include LANs and WANs.
Broad and in-depth technical knowledge and experience in distributed Information Systems
Project planning experience and coordination for CIS Service Operation;
Experience in converting operational requirements into IT requirements.
ITIL Foundation certification; knowledge of Microsoft and VMware products.
Experience in planning NATO exercises and events;
Familiar with NATO applications and systems.
University degree with 4years ofs related experience;
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including Allied Command Operations and Allied Command Transformation.
Prior experience as a system administrator, system engineer or a network engineer working directly with IT systems, virtualizations and networking.
Technical leadership experience;
