Account Manager (IT Services)

Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Own and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Regular cadences with client: Organise and spearhead weekly, fortnightly or monthly relationship meetings and QBR’s
- Sales Growth: Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Identify new business within existing accounts and contribute to revenue growth targets with ability to achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets.
- Strategic Planning: Understand client business strategies and proactively propose IT solutions to address pain points and objectives.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with delivery, pre-sales, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Contract Management: Oversee renewals, negotiations, SLAs, and compliance.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on account status and growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles within IT, SaaS, or technology services
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's a plus)
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts in Europe
- Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of IT services such as cloud, infrastructure, software development, or managed services
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment by turning challenges into streamlined, efficient processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages like German will be plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe
- Prior experience working in a multicultural, cross-border team
