You’re likely a fit if you:

• Are deeply fluent in Java & Spring Boot, and experienced in modern backend architecture
• Have built systems that scale and know your way around Postgres, Redis, and message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka)

• Enjoy working in a hybrid model, with in-person collaboration 1–2 days/week in Warsaw
