The M365 Development team is in charge of managing and maintaining the M365 Administration services for our client and their customers in Denmark.

Start your day with the flexible morning hours and be responsible for:

• M365 Administration: manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Copilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Office 365 suite. Ensure availability, performance and security of these services
• Security and Compliance: implement and manage security measures to protect M365 environments. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency. Handling of M365 2nd line incidents and requests.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• Solid experience in managing Microsoft 365 services
• Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive for Business.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, power automate, MS Purview
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• A curious mind with an open nature and desire to knowledge-share with others.
• Nice-to-have:
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Familiarity with security and compliance standards for cloud services
  • Knowledge of networking and identity management in a cloud environment
  • Experience in the Banking sector
