You will be working on a project for a major Swedish manufacturer of outdoor power products.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather information about the current solution through stakeholder meetings, documentation analysis, and assessment of business requirements, impact, and criticality.
• Identify and mitigate migration risks related to workloads performance and availability.
• Design architecture in Azure, including components such as Virtual Machines, VNets, NSGs, SQL databases, Firewall rules, monitoring, backups, and high availability configurations.
• Validate architectural templates with the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team and application owners.
• Deploy the architecture in Azure.
• Plan migration windows and prepare Change Requests (CRs).
• Execute workload migrations.
• Provide potential hypercare support during and after the migration.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• 9+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools, such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Bicep.
• Direct experience migrating workloads from VMware to Azure Native VMs.
• Professional experience working with cloud solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications such as AZ-700, AZ-104, AZ-305.
• Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and effective interaction is key.
• Experience in project leadership, including managing and reporting on progress, communication, and task execution.
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently, including creating and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
