A multinational defence training academy in Oeiras, near Lisbon, is looking for an experienced TOPFAS trainer to deliver its user and advanced courses and to keep the material sharp.

What you would be doing

• Delivering TOPFAS courses, from user level to power user and train the trainer
• Preparing accounts, exercises and course packages before each iteration
• Running assessments, gathering feedback and writing a short report afterwards
• Teaching in the classroom, online, or with a mobile team in Europe and North America
• Updating handbooks, instructor guides and certification tests
• Testing new software releases and mentoring users during exercises

What you would bring

• Advanced knowledge of the current TOPFAS version, including OMT, OPT, SAT, CAT and TWP
• The TOPFAS trainer qualification for SAT, OPT and CAT
• 3 years delivering TOPFAS user courses
• 3 years creating training content, documentation and learning aids
• 3 years in an international military and civilian setting, and solid operations planning doctrine
• Fluent professional English, plus LMS and videoconference tools
• A plus: other functional area or C2 systems, live online teaching, an instructor qualification
