A multinational defence headquarters in Brussels is modernising how its business services work across dozens of civil and military bodies, and procurement is one of the main streams. This role leads it.

What you would be doing

• Leading the procurement stream of a wider business services transformation programme
• Running a procurement process harmonisation exercise across many entities
• Managing dependencies with ERP, cloud migration, data, finance and HR initiatives
• Preparing options analyses, briefings and recommendations for senior decisions
• Keeping risk and issue registers, plans and documentation in order
• Advising on ERP, cloud-based procurement solutions and leading market practice

What you would bring

• At least 8 years in digital transformation of business services, with deep procurement experience
• A track record leading procurement transformation and ERP programmes in large international organisations
• Hands-on procurement process design and harmonisation
• Solid programme and project management in complex, multi-stakeholder settings
• The presence to work with and influence senior executives, and excellent written English
• A plus: PRINCE2 or PMP, TOGAF, COBIT or ITIL, cloud platforms, international or defence experience
