A multinational defence organisation in Mons is looking for a specialist to run its phishing simulation service across many teams, languages and audiences.

What you would be doing

• Acting as the main contact for the teams that use the phishing simulation service
• Planning campaigns: objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules
• Building and maintaining a library of approved, reusable phishing templates
• Following phishing and social engineering trends and turning them into realistic scenarios
• Administering the simulation platform and working with the vendor on issues
• Tracking licences and renewals, and reporting results, trends and follow-up actions

What you would bring

• Experience running or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns
• Hands-on use of phishing simulation and security awareness platforms
• A solid grasp of social engineering, email technologies and related security controls
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for both operators and management
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management, and good organisation across many deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience instead
• A plus: Power BI or Excel dashboards, scripting or APIs, mail security gateways, a cyber certification
