A multinational defence organisation near Brussels is looking for a Data Analyst who lives in the Microsoft data stack and enjoys turning messy sources into reports people actually use.

What you would be doing

  • Gathering report requirements from users and turning them into specifications
  • Building and testing SQL reports in SSRS, Power BI and Excel
  • Designing ETL processes, data models and data warehouse structures
  • Checking the quality and integrity of data coming from several systems
  • Spotting patterns in the data and writing them up for senior decision makers
  • Helping users fix and improve the reports they already rely on

What you would bring

  • At least 3 years with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS
  • Hands-on data warehouse design and ETL experience
  • Dashboard work in Power BI or a similar tool
  • Programming in C#, Python or R
  • Experience with BMC ITSM data and BMC Remedy Smart Reporting
  • Working experience with SharePoint, ideally including administration
  • An ITIL v3 (or higher) certificate
