Learning Catalogue Administrator — Course Data, Dashboards and Reviews for NATO with security clearance
Keep an international training catalogue honest: every course, every record, every certification status where it should be, across all the systems that hold it.
A multinational defence organisation runs a large cyberspace training catalogue, and it is only as good as the records behind it. This role keeps those records straight — across several systems that all have to agree with one another — and supports the boards and reviews that decide what the catalogue contains.
What you would be doing
- Keeping the learning catalogue and the wider service catalogue aligned, so a course reads the same wherever someone looks it up.
- Managing course content updates across the training management systems and the public portal, and checking the result rather than assuming it.
- Building and running a tracking dashboard for course control documents, linked to the catalogue itself, so production status is visible instead of asked for.
- Working with training branches and instructors to get the fields in those documents filled properly, and chasing what is missing.
- Tracking each course through certification, coordinating with colleagues on observations and corrective actions until the record is clean.
- Taking part in the curriculum review boards and doing the catalogue work that follows them.
- Answering instructor and stakeholder queries promptly through the official channels, and building the network of contacts that makes that quick.
- Maintaining an overview of course and certification status, and flagging discrepancies between what is published and what was approved.
What you would bring
- Administrative work on training, education or service catalogues, where accuracy across several systems was the job rather than a detail of it.
- Comfort with training management and course registration systems, and with keeping two catalogues in step.
- Dashboard and tracker building — spreadsheets or reporting tools — to make status visible.
- Coordination with instructors, training branches and external stakeholders, in writing and in meetings.
- Genuine attention to detail: the ability to spot that a published field no longer matches the approved document.
- Fluent professional English.
