Security Officer (Physical, Personnel and Industrial Security) for NATO with security clearance
Run day to day protective security at a NATO communications centre in Brunssum: physical, personnel, industrial and information security. On-site, about 532 hours to December 2026.

You will run the day to day protective security of a NATO communications and information services centre in Brunssum, across physical, personnel, industrial and information security.
What you will be doing
- Day to day administration of security operations: physical, personnel, industrial and business security
- Access control, visitor management, CIS security, emergency planning and response
- Maintaining personnel security records on the internal personnel management database
- Owning and running the security awareness programme for all centre personnel
- Conducting and supporting security audits and inspections
- Supporting COMSEC planning and cryptographic support activities
- Contributing to the business continuity and disaster recovery plan, and to health and safety activities
What you will need
- Hands-on protective security experience across more than one pillar, not a single speciality
- Comfort with security records, audits and inspections, and the documentation they generate
- Familiarity with security and information assurance policy in a formal environment
- The discretion the material demands
