Logistics & Asset Management Support Officer for NATO with security clearance
Keep NATO's CIS logistics moving in Brunssum — receive, track and account for the equipment an alliance of 32 nations depends on, end to end.

We are supporting NATO in sourcing experienced professionals for mission-critical roles across the Alliance. This is a contract (B2B) engagement delivered on-site, working alongside NATO teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, label and organise transport of equipment in EBA, and handle the return and disposal of replaced equipment (including ROS letter preparation)
- Transfer equipment between account holders and transport returned equipment to the CSSC
- Support physical wall-to-wall CIS asset inventories and coordinate inventory with Account Holders (AHs)
- Maintain and update the AH database, locate missing assets, and handle turned-in equipment and disposal
- Chase AHs as End-of-Tour dates approach and ensure every account has a valid Account Holder
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- EBA Oracle knowledge is a must
- Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics, with working knowledge of IT assets
- Knowledge of NATO logistics / asset-management rules is a plus
- Well organised, hands-on, happy to work both in the field and on database admin
- Driving licence is a must (forklift licence a plus)
