Workforce Management Analyst for NATO with security clearance

The Workforce Management Analyst supports the effective planning, allocation, and management of workforce resources to ensure the organization has the skills, capabilities, and capacity required to achieve its strategic and operational objectives. The role contributes to workforce planning activities by assessing current and future workforce requirements, conducting skills and capability analyses, identifying resource gaps, and supporting the development and implementation of workforce plans.
Responsibilities:
Workforce planning
Contributes to the development of the workforce planning approach.
Assesses the current state of workforce skills, capabilities, and potential.
Evaluates future workforce demand for skills based on business plans and external factors.
Supports the development of workforce plans to ensure the availability of appropriately skilled resources to meet organizational objectives.
Maintains a comprehensive skills and capability inventory, performs gap analysis, and identifies strategies to address workforce shortfalls.
Oversees and reviews the implementation of workforce plans.
Resourcing
Analyses resource requests to determine tasks, skills and effort required;
Measures effectiveness of resourcing processes and implements improvements;
Plans and manages the acquisition of and deployment of resources to meet specific needs and ongoing demand;
Oversees and supports the execution of resourcing activities in collaboration with managers and teams;
Adhere to recommended tools for planning, scheduling and tracking resourcing activities.
Internal Controls
Studies and evaluates the audit trails of various operational processes.
Participates in the testing, review and analysis of existing internal controls.
Applies new technology-based solutions to specific internal control processes.
Completes, files and maintains forms used for internal control documentation.
Makes recommendations for the enhancement of certain internal controls
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
Experience in workforce planning and resourcing;
Proven experience in managing business planning, performance reviews, employee recognition programmes, and CPO-related documentation (e.g., contract renewals, tour extensions).
Background in overseeing IWCs, Service Contracts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Experience in guiding performance management and learning and development activities.
Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate conferences and workshops
