Business Assistant (RMPO) for NATO with secuirity clearance
The Business Assistant (RPMO) provides support to the RPM office across areas ranging from workforce planning, budget tracking, business planning and execution, specifically
• Provides administrative services to project boards, project teams and review meetings;
• Supports managers and teams in resourcing and recruitment activities;
• Uses recommended tools for planning, scheduling and tracking resourcing activity;
• Implements the organization's budget cycle and process;
• Participates in developing and monitoring a budget for a specific work group or department;
• Monitors and analyses budget and project execution variances and patterns;
• Prepares monthly reporting and conducts data analysis for quarterly reporting;
• Performs the Learning Officer role supporting the staff on the full lifecycle of training requests and manages training funding;
• Maintains and develops PowerBI Dashboards.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years' work experience by title in administrative and coordination functions; such as financial management, resources and/or project management.
- Training certification and Expert User experience on MS Office tools;
- Experience with Oracle project Model, preferably within NCIA.
- PowerBI certification and/or proven expert knowledge of tool. To be able to demonstrate that user can develop PowerBI dashboardsand maintaining underlying data source.
- Expert knowledge of Sharepoint. To be able to demonstrate that user can manage, design and secure site content by leveraging advanced features like metadata, web parts, and version control.
