The System Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and support of all IT environments within the CRS Branch. This role serves as a technical expert for Microsoft operating systems and tools, providing high-level support to CQO customers. The incumbent will be a key player in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of new and improved services to ensure a stable and efficient IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate all the environments part of the CRS Branch

• Provide service support to the CQO customers

• Act as subject matter expert for Microsoft OS and tools suite

• Troubleshoot Microsoft related issues and PowerShell based code

• Provide root cause analysis in case of system/service malfunction

• Implement and improve new services

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

Required:

• For technical engineering license degree (such as Electronics Engineering or Information Systems) a minimum of 3 years postrelated experience needed as System Administrator

• For secondary educational qualification, a minimum of 5 years post-related experience as System Administrator

• Mandatory practical experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Windows Server, WSUS, MECM, Active Directory, ADFS, PowerShell

• Development and maintenance of PowerShell scripts and of automatic configuration management tools for Microsoft Windows system elements like Ansible, Puppet and/or Chef

• Highly skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems (server and end-user terminals)

• Knowledge of VMware stack or Openstack

• Capable of handling and maintaining CI|CD processes

• Team player

• Fluent in English: speaking, writing and reading

Desired:

• Experience working with UNIX based operating systems like RHEL or Oracle

• Experience with container technologies

• Working experience with public cloud technologies like Microsoft Azure and/or AWS

• Service support experience for IaaS and PaaS
