Senior Java Developer – Camunda 8

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with deep expertise in Camunda to lead a critical process migration projects. You will be the driving force behind analyzing existing STP/BPM processes and translating them into modern, scalable workflows using Camunda (preferably Camunda 8).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications

  • Design and implement workflows using Camunda 8

  • Build APIs and integrate with databases and MQ systems

  • Ensure code quality through automated testing

  • Work in Agile (Scrum/SAFe) teams and support CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position

  • Dutch language proficiency at a C2 level

  • Java 8/17/21 (Java EE / Jakarta EE)

  • Camunda 8 (mandatory)

  • OpenShift, Liberty

  • Test Automation: Robot Framework, JMeter

  • CI/CD: Tekton, Argo CD, Jenkins

  • SQL, JDBC, JPA, MQ, XML, REST, SOAP

  • Tools: IntelliJ, VS Code
