The Technical Assistant (NaaS) supports the delivery and operation of Network as a Service (NaaS) capabilities.

The incumbent will perform duties across the following key areas:

• Change Implementation

• Resource Management

• Information Management

• Project Support

• Business Administration

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience of using an IT Service Management (ITSM) tool to manage IT service management processes (e.g., incident, problem, change, request fulfilment).

• ITIL Knowledge Solid working knowledge of ITIL framework and its application in service operations and support.

• Project Management Tools Practical experience using MS Project or ServiceNow for project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
