Key Requirements

• Clearance: Active NATO Secret (or national equivalent) is highly desirable and often required

• Experience: Proven background in defense, government, or large-scale international environments

• Language: Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Contracting: Must be open to working on a freelance / B2B basis

• Citizenship: Must hold nationality of a NATO member country

Work Locations

Roles are primarily based in Portugal (Oeiras) but also Belgium (Braine-l'Alleud, Brussels, Mons) and the Netherlands (The Hague), with occasional requirements across other NATO sites in Europe. Hybrid arrangements may apply depending on role security classification.
