Key Requirements

• Security Clearance: Active NATO Secret (or equivalent national clearance) is highly preferred and often required

• Experience: Background in defense, public sector, aerospace, or large international organizations

• Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written)

• Work Model: Willingness to operate on a freelance / B2B basis

• Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a NATO member country

Work Locations

Assignments are typically based in Belgium (Brussels, Mons, Braine-l’Alleud) and the Netherlands (The Hague, Brunssum). Occasionally, roles may also be available in Portugal, Germany, or the United States. Depending on the assignment, hybrid or remote work options may be offered.
