Core Requirements

Professional Background
Demonstrated experience working within defense, aerospace, or large governmental organizations.

Language Skills
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.

Citizenship
Applicants must be citizens of a NATO member country.

Security Clearance
An active NATO Secret/Top Secret/Cosmic clearance is strongly preferred and may be mandatory for many assignments.

Engagement Model
Candidates should be able to operate under a contractor or freelance arrangement.

Locations

Many of our engagements are based in Brussels (Belgium) and The Hague (Netherlands), Mons (Belgium), Braine-l'Alleud (Belgium) and other international locations. Depending on the project and security requirements, hybrid or remote work arrangements may be available.
