General Requirements

• Experience: Proven track record in the defense, aerospace, or large-scale governmental sectors.

• Communication: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Nationality: Must hold citizenship of a NATO member nation.

• Clearance: Possession of an active NATO Secret (or National Secret) security clearance is highly desirable and often required for most roles.

• Status: Ability to work under a contractor/freelance business model.

Primary Locations

While many of our projects are centered in Brussels (BE) and The Hague (NL), we frequently have requirements in Mons (BE), Oeiras (PT), and other NATO sites. Hybrid or remote options may be available depending on the specific project security requirements.
