Business Analyst (Logistics Sector)

Role Overview:
We require a dynamic and perceptive Business Analyst to support a critical application change project within the logistics sector. You will immerse yourself in complex, well-established business processes to support senior users through testing, migration, and go-live. The ideal candidate is a fast learner who can quickly gain the trust of experienced stakeholders and provide crucial analytical support without seeking to overhaul the project.
Key Responsibilities:
Quickly learn and understand intricate existing and new business processes and system technicalities.
Facilitate requirements gathering through interviews, meetings, and workshops as needed.
Document and formalize business processes using clear, easy-to-read diagrams and flowcharts.
Develop test cases and coordinate/support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), providing clear progress reports.
Act as a key liaison, supporting the business team through the testing and migration phases.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to dissect complex processes and requirements.
Inquisitiveness & Persistence: A natural drive to ask questions, dig deeper, and fully understand the 'why' behind processes.
Fast Learner: Ability to rapidly build subject matter expertise in a complex domain.
Excellent Communication & Diplomacy: Confidence to engage with senior, knowledgeable users, gain their respect, and build trust—without arrogance.
Experience in writing formal Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and test cases.
Experience in running or coordinating UAT.
Assets (Strong Pluses):
A background in Finance.
Fluency in Dutch or French.
