NDW003 - Configuration Management & Asset Data Support for NATO with security clearance

The NDW003 Configuration Management & Asset Data Support role provides critical assistance in maintaining accurate asset and device data, supporting configuration management activities, and ensuring data integrity across enterprise environments. The incumbent will support ongoing asset tracking, data reconciliation, and reporting efforts, working closely with the NDW003 Service Delivery Manager (SDM). The role does not involve decision-making authority but is vital for supporting operational readiness and data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Support NDW003 configuration management activities
Assist with asset and device data reconciliation and validation
Maintain data quality and support baseline alignment
Support interim and evolving asset tracking and reporting mechanisms
Provide delivery support to the NDW003 SDM
No decision-making authority
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in configuration management within NCIA or comparable enterprise environments
Strong capability in asset data hygiene, reconciliation, and baseline validation
Familiarity with end user device estates (laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals)
Experience working with CSUs, CSEs, CISPOCs, and central service delivery teams
Ability to work with multiple data sources and tooling
NATO / NCIA environment experience preferred
