Responsibilities:
Provides specialized support to the design and evolution of the Business Architecture domain to ensure alignment between business strategy, capabilities, processes and technology
Aligns organisation’s technology with its business mission, strategy, and processes and documenting this using architectural models.
Provide continuity management, by developing, implementing and testing a business continuity framework. Manage the development, implementation and testing of continuity management plans.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience.
A minimum of 5 years’ background in portfolio management, by developing and applying a management framework to define and deliver a portfolio of programmes, projects and/or ongoing services. Aligns solutions with Enterprise and solution architecture standards (including security).
Extensive background in business process improvement. Creating new and potentially disruptive approaches to performing business activities.
Extensive background in planning and implementing organisation-wide processes and procedures for the management of risk to the success or integrity of the enterprise.
Extensive background in translating business strategies into actionable operating models. Develop and maintain roadmaps for achieving strategic business objectives.
Planning and implementing organisation-wide processes and procedures for the management of risk to the success or integrity of the enterprise.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and delivering enterprise-wide change.
Agile and adaptable to dynamic business environments. Broad exposure to multiple business sectors, ideally with domain expertise in Research and Experimentation (or R&D) organisations.
Proficiency in business architecture tools and framework applications.
Proven experience in implementing ITIL practices; ITIL certification (Foundation level or higher).
Very good level of spoken and written English
