CTI Tools & Feeds Manager for NATO with security clearance
Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organization?
You will serve as the central interface and manager for NATO Cyber Security Centre’s (NCSC) portfolio of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) tools and data feeds. The role is responsible for the end-to-end user lifecycle management, performance measurement, stakeholder engagement, and continuous service improvement of up to 20 critical CTI services used NATO-wide.
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder & User Management
Create and maintain a master list of all users and stakeholders for NCSC CTI feeds within designated NATO tools (Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, etc.).
Design, implement, and manage a secure, auditable user management process for all feeds. This includes user creation, modification, disabling, and deletion, with strict Service Level Agreements (SLA): acknowledgment within 30 minutes and completion within 4 working hours.
Ensure all users accept applicable Terms of Use (ToU).
Performance & Governance
For each CTI feed, identify, define, and measure up to 4 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with users and NCSC.
Capture and analyze detailed usage statistics per user and per feed.
Develop, redact, and maintain comprehensive Terms of Use (ToU) documents for each feed, clarifying permitted use and restrictions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
Act as the primary liaison between feed vendors, NCSC, and the NATO-wide user community.
Organize, facilitate, and document monthly stakeholder meetings (in-person in Belgium) to review KPIs, capture use cases, discuss feedback, and drive Continuous Service Improvement (CSI).
Distribute relevant training materials and documentation for each feed to the user community.
Systematically gather user feedback on feed value, utility, and gaps.
Reporting & Documentation
Produce a Weekly Statistics Report on user request metrics (volume, acknowledgment rate, completion rate).
Deliver a Monthly Performance Report summarizing trends, KPIs, and user management performance.
Prepare and finalize monthly meeting minutes and presentations for stakeholder review and NCSC approval.
Ensure all outputs are in English (STANAG 6001 Level 3), accurate, objective, and formatted to NCSC standards.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in user management support IT Service Delivery (ITIL).
Experience in engaging with highly technical cyber security professionals.
Experience in summarizing discussions, identifying relevant points and action items.
Language proficiency for all interaction with users and stakeholders shall happen in English and meet or exceed the NATO STANAG 6001 Level 3 “Professional Proficiency”.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
A previous experience in using Cyber Threat Intelligence tools and feeds is an asset.
