A skilled Application Tester and IKM Tools Support Specialist is required to ensure the quality and functionality of critical applications for the CPS Group. This role serves as the subject matter expert for SharePoint environments and development tools, focusing on comprehensive testing and dedicated tool support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Testing and Support SME for SharePoint (on-premises, Online, Subscription Edition).
• Design and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Support the development lifecycle using Azure DevOps for backlog, build, and release management.
• Develop automation scripts and provide support using PowerShell and the .NET Framework.
• Administer, troubleshoot, and support designated Information and Knowledge Management (IKM) Tools.
• Document defects and results, providing clear feedback to development teams.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in application testing and tool support.
• Expert-level knowledge of SharePoint (on-premises, Online, Subscription Edition).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and test automation.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and the .NET Framework.
• Direct experience supporting IKM Tools.
• Experience with standard testing tools and both manual/automated methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
