D365 F&O WMS Senior Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting an analysis of customers' logistics and warehouse processes and identifying areas for optimization.
- Configure and customize the D365F&O system according to customer requirements.
- Integration of the D365F&O system with other IT systems.
- Optimization of warehouse processes in the operational scope.
- Optimize the performance of the D365F&O system.
- Preparation of project documentation, including requirements specifications, implementation plans and progress reports.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with the project team and other departments to ensure consistency between the system and business processes.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented solutions and proposing further improvements.
Skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a functional consultant implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Proven track record of leading at least one end-to-end, on-site D365 F&O implementation leveraging the Advanced Warehouse Management module.
- Deep functional expertise in D365 F&O WMS configuration, process design, and integration with other systems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex warehouse/logistics processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Strong client-facing skills with experience gathering requirements, leading workshops, and building trusted advisor relationships.
- Proficiency in creating detailed functional design documents, process maps, and user training materials.
- Fluent English (B2 level or above).
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Exposure to or experience with the Production module within D365 F&O.
- Basic knowledge of D365 F&O Financials modules.
- Formal certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience integrating D365 F&O with other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP) or specialized logistics systems.
- Familiarity with modern logistics trends (automation, IoT, data analytics).
- Practical experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Additional language skills relevant to your regional market.
