The Role: Senior Frontend Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help architect and build our PWA and community platform using Qwik, Next.js, and React. You will own major pieces of the frontend stack — from performance optimization to complex state management — and work closely with the CTO and backend team. You’ll also use modern AI coding tools to ship high-quality features quickly.

This role is perfect for someone who writes elegant, fast, delightful interfaces — and wants to help build the digital foundation for future societies.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect, develop, and optimize core frontend systems
• Build high-performance UIs with exceptional UX and responsiveness
• Own complex state management and rendering behavior
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers and leadership
• Use AI tooling to accelerate development without compromising quality

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience:

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering
• Expert-level React (hooks, context, rendering patterns, performance tuning)
• Strong Next.js knowledge (App Router, Server Components, data fetching)
• Deep comfort with TypeScript (complex types, inference, generics)
• Proven ability to build beautiful, fast, reactive, user-delightful interfaces

Highly Valued:

• Web3 familiarity — wallets, transactions, MetaMask usage
• Experience with wagmi/viem and modern Web3 libraries
• Background in design systems or component libraries
