Pega Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager (75% BA, 25% PM)

Summary
The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Pega CDH initiatives. This role ensures clarity, feasibility, and traceability across the lifecycle, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Conduct workshops to capture business goals, customer journeys, and personalization needs
- Document functional requirements: eligibility, suitability, engagement policies, arbitration, treatments
- Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Solution Design Support
- Collaborate with architects on action structures, strategies, and data requirements
- Create functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and interface definitions
- Validate solutions with business and technical teams
UAT & Release Support
- Prepare UAT plans, scenarios, and test data
- Support business testers during UAT
- Manage issue triage and requirement refinement
Documentation & Client Support
- Maintain requirements traceability and reference documentation
- Provide functional support for production issues and enhancements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of business analysis experience (CRM/MarTech preferred)
- Strong experience in functional documentation & process flows
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and user-centered design
- Excellent communication and facilitation capabilities
Preferred
- Experience with Pega CDH or similar decisioning/marketing platforms
- SQL knowledge
