Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain Salesforce architecture (Sales, Service, Experience, Financial Services Cloud).
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions tailored to financial institutions.
- Develop data models, integrations (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Kafka), and security architecture.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and regulatory frameworks (KNF, MiFID II, GDPR).
- Lead technical workshops, translate business needs into technical designs.
- Supervise configuration, development, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee integrations with trading, CRM, and KYC systems.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Act as Salesforce technical authority and primary architectural decision-maker.
- Mentor development teams, enforce coding and security standards.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, and Data teams.
- Communicate architectural decisions to business and executive stakeholders.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- 7+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience.
- Proven success in at least one Salesforce rollout for a brokerage house or capital markets organization.
- Deep understanding of financial services processes (KYC, AML, MiFID II, client onboarding).
- Expertise with:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud
- Integration technologies (MuleSoft, REST APIs, ETL tools)
- Salesforce Data Model, LWC, DevOps/CI-CD practices
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce security and data governance.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid IT environments.
- Salesforce certifications: Application Architect / System Architect (CTA preferred).
- Fluency in Polish and proficiency in English.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
