IT and Security Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Acting as an administrator, lead the daily management and configuration of Microsoft digital infrastructure, including the security elements
- Build and issue IT equipment to staff. This is to include Windows, MacOS and iOS operating systems. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues using own knowledge or seek appropriate sources for guidance.
- Provide an initial triage of reported issues and incidents in the M365 environment using tools in Defender (Security Center) and Purview. Able to review incidents and close or escalate as required
- Liaise closely with security function regarding all IT security related matters
- Review and improve, where needed, IT Service Management processes
- Liaise with external stakeholders (i.e. NCIA and industry providers) on IT services
- Manage all physical IT Windows and Apple devices using InTune and Apple Business Manager.
- Perform any other related duties as may be required.
We are happy to hear from you if you have:
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years of post-related experience, OR a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post related experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an IT support function, configuring and managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Knowledge of IT device management and security tooling, including Microsoft Entra, MS Intune, Apple Business Manager and MS Defender
- Excellent administrator-level knowledge of the full MS Office suite, and collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Sharepoint), as well as office automation tools (MS Power Automate)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing first line cyber incident responses
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and fixing user device issues
- Very good verbal and written communication skills, in particular the ability to produce clear and concise end user documentation, operational procedures, and user guides
- Desirable:
- Knowledge of API integration and software development highly advantageous
- Professional technical certification in IT and/or Cybersecurity (i.e. CISSP, ITILv4, etc.)
- Work experience in an innovative/technology-driven industry or environment
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Knowledge of NATO institutional framework, policies and procedures.
