Based in our client's friendly Warsaw office, you will be a vital member of the Buyside Platform and Operations team. You'll work alongside a colleague in Poland, with the rest of the team situated in the Denmark office. This team acts as a specialized, business-facing support unit for critical operational data and processes. If you thrive on tackling complex organizational and technical puzzles and want to be the one who keeps everything connected, we want to hear from you.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration (application servers, Citrix knowledge is a plus).
• Experience with databases (Oracle or PostgreSQL experience ideal, including SQL optimization).
• Ability to read and write scripts (PowerShell, CMD, or similar), with a mindset to automate repetitive work.
• Practical problem-solving skills – ability to trace issues across platforms and find solutions.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications and troubleshooting complex environments.
• Experience using LLMs/AI tools as part of daily work.
• Advanced English skills
• Soft skills:
  • Someone who doesn’t just fix the same issue three times – they’ll code or script a solution to avoid it happening again.
  • A natural tinkerer who uses every tool at their disposal and knows where to find answers (documentation, forums, AI, etc.).
  • Someone with both technical depth and the curiosity to learn continuously.
