Project Manager with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Project experience

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the implementation and governance of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution, with a primary focus on the Sales module. You will be the central point of delivery leadership, responsible for the end-to-end project management of this critical initiative. Your core mandate is to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards by establishing robust governance, managing cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the overall project plan, securing necessary approvals.
- Identify and allocate internal resources and cross-functional teams.
- Establish strong governance practices for documentation, requirement gathering, sign-offs, and handovers to BAU.
- Lead a three-tier governance model:
- Daily stand-ups with development teams, BAs, and stakeholders.
- Weekly governance calls with Product and Business leadership.
- Monthly/Fortnightly Steering Committee meetings with C-level stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver weekly Project Highlight Reports for stakeholders.
- Manage Stage Gate and “Go/No-Go” reviews for all phases (design, build, test, cutover, BAU).
- Collaborate with developers and BAs to refine test plans.
- Leverage Jira and Monday.com for project planning and tracking.
- Maintain a Risk Register, assign risk ownership, and define mitigation strategies.
- Drive execution of the overall project plan, ensuring delivery excellence.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience and deep functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Expertise in establishing and running a multi-tiered governance structure (e.g., daily stand-ups, weekly steering, C-level steering committees).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven experience engaging and managing expectations of both business leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong skills in defining project plans, resource allocation, risk & issue management (maintaining a Risk Register), and driving execution to achieve delivery excellence.
