Principal SuccessFactors EC & Onboarding Architect

Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0 solutions, including complex permissions and country-specific configurations.
- Lead business workshops to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable, technically sound design and configuration.
- Govern data models and integrations to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and seamless cross-process functionality.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience of relevant experience
- Advanced English skills
- Employee Central (EC)
- Deep expertise in Role-Based Permissions (RBP), including designing and maintaining complex permission structures across multiple geographies and business units.
- Strong hands-on experience in EC configuration—position management, workflows, business rules, data models, foundation objects, and event derivations.
- Certification in Employee Central is mandatory, along with a proven track record of having successfully delivered multiple end-to-end EC implementations (not just support or enhancements).
- Ability to drive workshops with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable EC configurations.
- Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0)
- Hands-on skills in configuring ONB 2.0 using both SAP’s global framework and localized customizations to meet country-specific compliance and process needs.
- Certification in ONB 2.0 is required, with prior experience leading at least one or more full-cycle ONB 2.0 implementations.
- Ability to design and optimize ONB processes such as recruiting integration, document management, compliance forms, and transitions to EC.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, cross-module integrations, and document generation.
