We are seeking an experienced and creative eLearning Developer to support a variety of client projects. This is a remote contractor position ideal for individuals with a background in eLearning development, graphic design, video editing, or front-end coding who are passionate about delivering high-quality, engaging, and accessible digital learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality, professional eLearning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia
• Ensure deliverables follow accessibility standards (508/WCAG) and are optimized for responsive design (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Package and publish content in SCORM/xAPI formats, ensuring LMS compatibility and readiness
• Collaborate closely with project managers, instructional designers, and clients to understand objectives and revise content based on feedback
• Participate in regular check-ins and status updates throughout development phases

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in eLearning tools:
  • Articulate Storyline
  • Rise
  • Vyond
  • Camtasia
  • Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have, not required)
• Experience in rapid development and graphic design
• Ability to integrate
  • SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS readiness
  • Familiarity with LMS upload requirements
• Ability to create responsive and accessible (508/WCAG) eLearning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to accept and implement constructive feedback
• Comfortable working on a variety of training topics and adapting to evolving client needs

Nice to have:

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics
• Knowledge of VR/AR or interactive branching video development
• Experience in multilingual eLearning content development
