Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring that a company’s operations, particularly its marketing and communications efforts, adhere to applicable regulatory standards and internal policies. This position involves the review and oversight of various materials — such as advertisements, product commentaries, and promotional content — to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with relevant laws and industry guidelines.
The analyst serves as a key point of contact between marketing, legal, and regulatory teams, helping to interpret regulatory requirements, assess risk, and implement compliance best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve marketing and client-facing materials for regulatory compliance, clarity, and accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to applicable financial industry regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA, global standards).
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on marketing practices.
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for audit and oversight purposes.
- Collaborate with legal and business units to address compliance risks and implement improvements.
- Support the development of compliance guidelines and training materials for relevant teams.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in a compliance, legal, or quality assurance role (preferably within financial services)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SEC, FINRA, or equivalent international bodies.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills
