About the Role

You’ll be part of a highly technical, globally distributed team responsible for:

Expanding smart contract functionality across multiple chains (Solana, Aptos, Ethereum-compatible networks)

Maintaining and evolving an existing codebase tied to a live financial product

Building internal tooling for testing, upgrades, and monitoring

Collaborating with other developers in daily standups, architecture discussions, and code reviews

What We’re Looking For

We don’t need paper degrees — we want real-world skill, clarity, and commitment.

Must-haves:

3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development

Proficiency in at least one of:

Solidity for Ethereum-compatible chains

Rust for Solana

Move for Aptos

Fluent English and confident communication in remote teams

Strong personal accountability and client-first mindset

Solid, quiet remote work setup with stable internet

Bonus points if you have:

Experience migrating from one chain to another (e.g., Ethereum → Solana)

Prior work on tokenized assets or financial protocols

Tooling contributions (testing frameworks, monitoring, upgrade automation)

Hours: Full-time, aligned partly with U.S. Eastern Time (9 AM – 5 PM)
