Your future responsibilities will include:

• Provide technical support and assistance to end-users for various software and hardware issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical problems and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of relevant IT experience in Service Desk or Technical Support roles.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Android, iOS, and common software applications.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist users at all technical levels.
• Customer service-oriented with a culturally sensitive approach and a strong sense of patience.
• Understanding of confidentiality and user privacy in business settings.
• Good written and spoken English to effectively communicate with users and teams.

Nice to Have:

• ITIL v4 Foundation certification or similar IT service management qualifications would be an asset.
