We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing strategies, executing test plans, and analyzing test results to ensure optimal application performance. You will work closely with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate on performance optimizations.

Key responsibilities:

• Performance Testing Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously enhance performance testing strategies and solutions to ensure that applications meet performance expectations.
• Test Plan Development & Execution: Work with development teams to develop comprehensive performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts, and execute tests as part of the application development and adoption process.
• Analyze Results & Identify Bottlenecks: Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance application scalability and reliability.
• Optimization Collaboration: Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and optimize application performance, ensuring that performance issues are identified and addressed proactively.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices to stay aligned with industry trends.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance test reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommended optimizations.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration of performance testing within the SDLC.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
• Strong experience with programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, and other relevant technologies to support performance testing and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot performance issues and bottlenecks in applications.
• Proven ability to identify and implement performance optimizations, improving system scalability and performance.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present performance test results clearly to stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of industry-relevant experience in performance testing and application optimization.
• A university/college degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
