You will work on a long-term project for the leading global investment bank with a strong and profitable private clients franchise. 

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with experience in managing migration projects, ideally within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
This role will focus on coordinating and executing large-scale IAM migration projects, ensuring secure, efficient, and successful transitions to modern Cloud systems.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, technical understanding of IAM solutions, and preferably experience with cloud and/or on-premise migrations

Responsibilities:

• Lead IAM migration projects from initiation through completion, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, setting timelines and milestones, and monitoring progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges that arise during the migration process.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders to maintain alignment on project goals and updates.
• Track project KPIs and report on project health, including budgets, timelines, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate post-migration support and documentation.

We are happy to hear from you if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on migration or transformation projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field/experience
• Proven track record in managing complex migration projects, ideally involving cloud and/or on-premises IAM systems.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
• Good knowledge of IAM technologies, including Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and related protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud migration projects in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Relevant IAM or security certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is also a plus.
