We're seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Mainframe Specialist with 2-10 years of experience. This role requires expertise in mainframe technologies, including COBOL and ServiceNow, with comprehensive knowledge of mainframe support. Familiarity with JCL, DB2, and Linux is beneficial.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide advanced 2nd line support for mainframe technologies, ensuring efficient resolution of escalated technical issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests related to mainframe systems, guaranteeing timely and effective resolutions.
- Utilize ServiceNow for streamlined ticket management, tracking, and resolution.
- Collaborate closely with various support teams and stakeholders to investigate and resolve intricate technical issues within mainframe environments.
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Contribute to system performance maintenance and enhancements within mainframe systems.
- Implement best practices for mainframe system support and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-10 years of experience in a support role specializing in mainframe technologies.
- Expertise in COBOL and ServiceNow is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of mainframe support methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with stakeholders. Proficiency in German is a plus.
- Good-to-have skills in JCL, DB2, and Linux for a deeper understanding of mainframe environments.
